Half of the teams that enter the underworld will not make it pass the minotaurs. Then half of those who did cannot make it pass the smiters.

Aside from this, UW seems to be bugged. After my team had killed the minotaurs, we went to log the quest but the doors did not open and no monsters spawned either. Then our elementalists decided to kill a minotaur stuck behind a door, who dropped an Ectoplasm for our monk.

After reading this post I honestly said to myself if globs were 5k I would go out right now and buy FoW armor, but then I changed my mind because if globs were 5k everyone at storage in LA 1 would have a set. I would have a more unique look in gladiators armor. I do feel your pain that many people started collecting ecto at 4k or 5k and now its 18k. But at the same time a big part of me doesn't feel your pain. You could cash out your ecto right now for a huge profit, and come back to the game in 3 weeks when the price of ecto has dropped.

Fissure armor does not remove gold from botters. Bots dont buy fissure armor, they sell 150 plat a day on Ebay. Botters still screw the economy up.

It does, however, remove gold from the game - because whoever purchased all that plat on Ebay will likely spend it on fissure armor.

Has anyone ever thought of going to the Fissure of Woe or Underworld and getting the globs of ecto. themselves?

if the in game economy is differant for each realm I.E. american korea europe. i would like to change my account to korea and see how much they have to pay for it it might be cheaper or buy as much ectos as possible and go sell them on the europe severs for major profit cause they rarely have favor. what do yo guys think?

18-20k per ecto are spikes in vendor prices. Average is about 10-12k per ecto.
